Mr. Ogose Haruo, the owner of the tea plantation, told me about the work he does at his tea garden.

I use natural compost made from fallen leaves and dead grass.

No fertilizer is brought from outside and added to the soil of my tea garden.

The tea is cultivated in such a way that its growth is cyclical and complete only in the tea plantation.
